On December 2 and 3, 2025, Mathieu and Thomas visited the FI Europe trade show (Food Ingredients Europe), held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.
Bringing together more than 1,500 exhibitors and 23,000 professional visitors from around the world, FI Europe is now one of the most influential trade shows in the food ingredients industry, for both human and animal nutrition.
During their visit, they were able to:
- exchange with numerous suppliers present at the show,
- discover R&D innovations in the fields of plant proteins, prebiotics, bioactive ingredients, and clean label solutions,
- identify new formulation and distribution dynamics in line with market expectations.
A particular focus was placed on the Petfood Hub, dedicated to ingredients for animal feed, as well as on sustainable trends in nutritional formulation.
